During its presence at the fair, Antonio Ruggiero offered dishes of various kinds, all based on potatoes, to illustrate the versatility in the kitchen of its varied commercial range. In the photo: a plate of tasty purple gnocchi, made with the Naturella potato. One of its special features, compared to other violet potatoes, is the regular tuber shape, which facilitates peeling. In addition, it has a dough that allows less flour to be used when making the gnocchi.
