In cold chain logistics, especially for fruits and vegetables with strict temperature requirements, even minor fluctuations in temperature or humidity can significantly impact product quality. To address this challenge, Shenzhen Tzone Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has launched an upgraded version of its TT19 series real-time temperature, humidity, and location data logger: the TT19SE. The company will showcase this advanced device at Transport Logistic 2025, held in Munich, Germany, from June 2 to 5.
"It's currently the peak season for fruit and vegetable exports in the Northern Hemisphere, and monitoring requirements for cold chain logistics are stricter than ever," said Mr. Liao, Chairman of Tzone. "Our TT19SE logger monitors temperature, humidity, location, light, and vibration in real-time and uploads the data via 4G for centralized analysis."
According to Liao, the TT19SE automatically uploads collected data to the cloud, allowing for full traceability. The device also includes a USB interface and supports the PDF format for quick data export. It is designed to perform reliably even in complex transport conditions and low-light environments.
"The TT19SE is an upgrade from the previous TT18-4G-S model and incorporates a high-precision SHT30 sensor. It supports external PT100 probes for a wide temperature monitoring range from -200°C to +200°C. Its light detection can reach up to 64,000 lux, and vibration sensitivity goes up to 16G, helping identify whether goods have experienced impact or mishandling during transit."
The device supports global 4G and 5G networks and includes 2G as a fallback option, ensuring stable data transmission across different countries and regions. In terms of positioning, the TT19SE offers both GPS and LBS base station tracking and provides access to historical transportation routes, enabling customers to clearly trace the entire delivery path.
"Another key feature is the device's disposable battery design, which delivers up to 120 days of operation without the need for charging or recycling. This approach makes it easy for users to deploy and eliminates costs associated with maintenance or equipment return." Liao added.
In addition to the TT19 series, Tzone also develops and manufactures Bluetooth temperature and humidity loggers, LoRa wireless sensors, temperature and humidity transmitters, and LoRa gateways. The company's products are used across various logistics sectors, including warehousing and long-distance transportation. With 19 years of experience, Tzone manages every aspect of its products in-house—from research and development to manufacturing and delivery.
Tzone will demonstrate the full functionality of the TT19SE at Transport Logistic in Munich and will offer samples for visitors to try. "We welcome customers from around the world to visit our booth, exchange ideas, and experience the product firsthand," Liao said.
